Hi there, Sweet Cuisine was founded in 2013 after I qualified in a Level 3 qualification in Professional Patisserie and Confectionery... after finishing College I trained at The Barry Callebaut Academy to learn more about working with Confectionery & Chocolate... Before all that I owned and ran a lovely Chocolate Fountain business called The Big Dipper!!

My tempting slab's of Fudge, yummy Cake Bar's & delicious Cookies are made in my busy little Kitchen here in the beautiful area of Poole in Dorset...

 

All my confections are made fresh to order using the finest & most natural ingredients so that every mouthful is truly delicious...

When I'm not walking my dog's on the beach you will find me in my little Confectionery Kitchen working away as my absolute passion is to make the most delicious Sweet Cuisine... All made with love & the ultimate attention to detail!
