Hi there, I'm Nicky a Chocolatier & Pastry Chef, Sweet Cuisine was founded in 2011 after qualifying in Level 3 C&G in Professional Patisserie and Confectionery and also training to become a Confectioner & a Chocolatier... Before that I owned a Chocolate Fountain business called The Big Dipper!!

My tempting & delicious slab's of Fudge, Yummy Chocolate Bar's & Sweet Confectionery are made in my busy little Kitchen here in the beautiful area of Poole in Dorset.

I also make Delish Chocolate Bakes including Millionaires Shortbread, Rocky Road, Tiffin, Brownie Bars, Cookies, Tarts & more...

 

All my confections are made fresh to order using the finest & most natural ingredients so that every mouthful is truly delicious...

When I'm not having a lovely walk on the beach you will find me in my Confectionery Kitchen  working away as my absolute passion is to make the most yummy Sweet Chocolate Confections with love & the ultimate attention to detail!
