I started my Chocolate Confectionery business back in 2012 after training for quite a few years and gaining different qualifications in Patisserie & Confectionery, Chocolate Making & English Speciality Confectionery.
I use chocolate that is selected & blended & the whole bean is roasted from 100% Sustainable Farming and certified by 'Cocoa Horizons', which collaborates directly with the cocoa farmers & pays a premium to empower the local cocoa communities. So I am committed to doing things the right way.
Everything is lovingly made in small batches, entirely by hand & fresh to order. I also do my bit for the environment & use recyclable & biodegradable packaging.
My passion is to make the most delicious chocolate & confectionery with love & with the ultimate attention to detail.
